Yoga is a spiritual practice that brings us peace and connection.

To support you in your practices at home please feel free to use the routines at the links below.

Yoga can have different meanings for us all: seen as a body prayer, exercise, spiritual practice, or part of the routine in a healthy life it can remind us that our body, mind, and soul are all connected - as we are with one another, the Divine, and all the world.

Bryson Davis is our yoga instructor, as well as a new dad and member of our choir. We have been gathering for his classes at 4:30 on Tuesdays, except the summer, for many years. Everyone is welcome. Most of us are not a young as we used to be and Bryson adjusts the level so that our limits as well as our bodies are well stretched each session but we come away feeling good.

Bryson made the videos below during the pandemic when we couldn't gather in person. Although that was a few years ago we continue to return to them when we can't get to class or during vacation when we need a good stretch. We hope you enjoy them.

Remember to respect your physical limits; if there is a pose you cannot do safely, wait for the next pose. Please do not attempt any activities that cause you pain. You may wish to consult your physician before participating in any physical exercise. Yoga is gentle but intensive - be aware that it is important to practice it safely. You can certainly enjoy the video without attempting the poses.
